To become a volunteer at Brush Creek Elementary School (or any Eagle County School District school), you must complete an online application and the finger printing procedure.

  1. Apply for the "Volunteer" job posting from our list of careers (typically near the bottom).
  2. Once your application has been approved to volunteer, you will be sent an email to get your fingerprints done. Fingerprinting can be done at the Eagle County Sheriff's Building (0885 Chambers Ave) for $15, payable via cash or personal check.
  3. When you receive your fingerprints, take a copy to the Eagle County School District offices at 948 Chambers Ave (just across the street from the sheriff's building) and let them know you are interested in volunteering at BCES.

It typically takes a few days for everything to process, but once you are cleared you are able to volunteer in the building or on field trips for 5 years. Please contact the front office if you have any further questions at 970-328-8930.

Thank you for maintaining safety in our building and around our students!
