Wild West Day

district-wide celebration

Howdy Partners!

By now, you have probably already heard about Wild West Day and are wondering what in TARNATION it is!  Well, it's only the biggest, baddest fundraiser this side of the Rockies--to benefit all nine of the Elementary schools in the Valley!

This is our school's biggest fund-raiser.  It helps to support many programs at our school. Mosey on down to a PTA meeting, join-up, and have a say as to how these moneys are used!  YEE HAA!

During the first month of school, we sell raffle tickets, t-shirts, and bandanas.  Kids dress up in their Western Best for Spirit Day on the Friday prior to Wild West Day.

Wild West Day is at the 4-Eagle Ranch in Wolcott on the last Sunday in September. At Wild West Day, children can win "gold coins" playing fun games and then trade them in for great prizes at the trading post.  There are horseback rides, wagon rides, arts and crafts, food, silent auction items, live music, and family photos.

Parent volunteers are needed to help run the games, crafts, and bake sale booth, as well as donate bake sale items and help clean-up. Be on the look out for the Wild West Day table at the Open House.  We'll lasso you in to sign up! (We thank ye kindly for your support)
