Food Fair is an annual fifth grade event.  Colorado state standards in social studies have fifth graders learn about Europe, its physical and cultural regions.  As a culminating activity to the Europe unit students prepare a dish from the country they studied during the unit and offer it to the other students at Brush Creek Elementary.  Students from all grades come to the cafeteria to sample the offerings.  All students enjoy this highly popular event!  5^th grade parent spectators and helpers are welcome.
